RETURNS FOR STORE EXCHANGES MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be returned within 7 business days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns for exchange products if items have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a new condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable merchandise include final sale products, swimwear, and bodysuits.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
- Customer are responsible for shipping fees to send back your orders to LA SVG GLAM BOUTIQUE
- Shipping fees are not refundable.We inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a exchange
- Exchanges are valid only at LA SVG GLAM BOUTIQUE
No exceptions can be made for this policy. We add new styles every month and are sure that you will find something you love to exchange with
Return Policy:
Exchanges must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. Any
Exchanges sent after this 7 day period will be denied. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. If items are sent back the customer is responsible for return postage.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any free gift offered with purchase must also be returned in same condition otherwise charged a fee.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, free gifts returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and mailed out following business day.
We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!
How and when will I receive my refund or exchange?
All refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving your package at our warehouse. We will then email you as the items are inspected.
